We all know that attracting donors and supporters is crucial to the success of any organisation, but how well do your staff and colleagues really understand this?

Retaining and building a relationships with existing donors is easier and more lucrative than finding new ones, but how well do you really treat your supporters, listen to their views and thank them for their gifts?

We will 'mystery shop' your organisation and provide you with feedback as to how well (or not) people in different areas of your organisation responded to offers of donation or requests for fundraising information. 

Our feedback will be presented in the form of a 'traffic light' report: 

- great response, little or no need for attention

- ok response but with room for improvement in the following areas...

- STOP - response was not acceptable and this area should be the focus of your attention

We have a standard off-the-shelf mystery shopping package which costs just £500.  The investigation is conducted over a period of 2 months to ensure a spread of staffing, variety of requests for information and differing format of communication used to make the request / offer.
