How effective is your fundraising? Are you able to make the most of all the opportunities? A fundraising review takes an impartial look at your fundraising activities to help identify new areas of potential, as well as any areas of weakness to address.

visibility review
How do your donors/users/andbody find out about your charity, what do you tell them and how? We review all of your marketing materials, your website, your PR and media activity, your social media activity and report on how visible you actually are, what the messages are that you are conveying and where the gaps are.

mystery shopping
How do your staff respond to telephone and email enquiries? How quickly do you thank donors and what do you tell them in that thank you? The Mystery Shopping service will quickly tell you what first impression your organisation is giving and provide an action-based report
